Gameplay
How does Ghost Hijack work?
Ghost Hijack transfers control to a valid moving vehicle during a race. Watch for target feedback and use the Hijack action when eligible. Not every vehicle or moment is valid; rivals are different from civilian traffic.
Why is Nitro not always active?
“Ready” means Nitro is available, not that it is being used. Use the Nitro control when available, and watch the on-screen feedback.
What do I need to complete a level?
Check all the objectives shown before the race and follow your progress during play. Reaching the finish is not the only requirement: your Result shows which objectives you passed.
Progression
How do vehicles and upgrades work?
In the Garage, preview vehicles, select ones you own and spend earned Credits on available unlocks and upgrades. Check the displayed requirements before making a selection.
Will reinstalling restore my progress?
Progress is stored locally by the game. Do not clear app data or uninstall as a first troubleshooting step: this can remove local progress. Android backup and transfer depend on your device and settings; restoration is not guaranteed.
Ads & Rewards
Why is a rewarded ad unavailable?
Ad availability varies. Follow the offer and completion feedback; a failed or unavailable ad is not a completed reward. If an offer does not load, check your connection and try again later.
Where can I review advertising choices?
Where required by Google's consent system, the game's Privacy Options entry lets you review advertising choices. These are separate from Firebase Analytics. See the Privacy Policy.
What should I report about a missing reward?
Tell support which offer you chose, what the completion screen showed, the approximate time, and your game and Android versions. Do not send passwords or payment details. A report does not guarantee a reward can be restored.
Technical Issues
What if the game slows down or my phone gets hot?
Pause play and let the device cool. Close unnecessary background apps and check available storage. Avoid clearing the game's data: that can remove local progress.
Where should I install or update the game?
Use the official Google Play listing. Google Play reports device compatibility. If installation fails, check storage and your connection, then follow the error guidance shown by Google Play.
What information helps with a technical report?
Include your device model, Android version, game version, level, what happened and how to reproduce it. Remove notifications and personal information from screenshots before sharing.
